Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Free shipping on orders of R500 and more. 
  • Orders below R500 are subject to shipping and delivering costs.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are dispatched within two working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timeframes:
    • 2 – 4 business days for main cities.
    • Up to 7 business days for outlying areas.
  • All orders are shipped via courier (delivery to door and to locker options if available).
  • Orders are shipped only on business days.
  • Pickup is available to be selected at checkout. You must confirm an 1 hour pick up slot (for example: Tuesday 31 Feb 2012 from 13:00 to 14:00 pm).
  • Local delivery is only available for up to 7 km from our address, according to Google Maps and at our sole discretion. 
  • Orders placed after 13:00 PM will be processed on the following working day.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday will be processed on Monday.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • We partner with leading courier companies to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking detail with a link to track your package, via email, SMS or whatsapp.
  • Customers can use the courier’s website to check delivery updates.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
International shipping upon request. 

5. Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location, the courier may attempt redelivery. If redelivery is again unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.  Costs will apply to the customer if another delivery must be attempted.
