Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Free shipping on orders of R500 and more. 
  • Orders below R500 are subject to a R119 delivery fee.
  • All orders are shipped via courier for door delivery OR locker, if available in your area.
  • We do not charge any handling fees.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation received and funds clear.
  • Delivery timeframes:
    • 2 – 3 business days for main cities.
    • Up to 7 business days for outlying areas.
  • Orders are shipped only on business days.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • We partner with leading courier companies to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link to track your package.
  • Customers can use the courier’s website to check delivery updates.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
International shipping upon request only. 

5. Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location, the courier may attempt redelivery. If redelivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
